This event supports the Marion County Republican organization to reach voters, register new voters, election integrity, review school books, protect Marion county students from CRT. Engage in State legislation advocacy for Marion county, Schools, City. Advocacy for City Council meetings, County Commissioners meetings and BOE meetings. We're planning to host a barbecue in the coming months for our local and state and congressional republican candidates. We need vendors and volunteers to assist us in the coming days. Kearsten Angel, age 57, of Ocala, Florida passed away Friday, January 30, 2026 after many years of battling serious medical conditions. Her family was by her side as she met her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. We all rejoice in her perfect and whole restoration!

Kearsten grew up in Ocala and graduated from Forest High School (1986) and Rhodes College (1990). She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and returned to her hometown of Ocala to work at the State Attorney's office for many years. She volunteered faithfully and tenaciously on the Republican Party of FL State Executive Committee and was the Programs Director for the Villagers for Trump campaign. She was very proud to serve as the Marion County Republican State Committeewoman from 2020-2024. Kearsten dedicated countless hours to supporting and promoting both local and state leaders because she cared deeply about her community. She loved our great country and was passionate about her beliefs--a great patriot!
